Upon arrival, our estimator will examine the problem and the surrounding area to determine the best repair
option. The project will be sketched highlighting the recommended repairs. We will review our recommendations with you and itemize their costs so you may pick and choose among repairs. You don't
have to decide right away, we will leave a copy of this sketch with you for your approval.

OTHER GREAT SERVICES WE OFFER
- CAULKING - Caulking of major cracks and open joints, we use an industrial grade polyurethane caulk, gray in color to match the color of the concrete.
- SEALING - Application of a 40% solids, industrial grade silane sealer to reduce damage from
water, salts, and chlorides.
- NEW CONCRETE - If the problem has been let go to long and the damage to severe to repair
with concrete raising, we can replace your trouble areas with new concrete. If you are adding a new walk, patio, or pad, we can do that too.
